We hope we’ll still be able to welcome you on-parc this year. But we understand that nothing’s certain at the moment, so you can transfer your holiday to 2021 online.

Hang on to your 2020 holiday with peace of mind that if it can’t go ahead, you can move it to 2021 at a later point and still get the holiday you deserve. No loss of your deposit, no amendment fees, just a fantastic holiday to look forward to when you’re ready to travel again.

How to transfer your holiday

  1. Use the button above to book your new holiday (if you don’t use this link you’ll create a brand new booking and you’ll be asked to pay a deposit)
  2. Choose your well-deserved 2021 holiday and head to the checkout
  3. Enter the promotional code 21TRANSFER in the promo code box at the checkout. Here’s where to find it:

On desktop:

Press ‘Enter Promo Code’ in the box on the left hand side.

On mobile:

Tap ‘price breakdown’ at the bottom of the screen, then ‘Enter Promo Code’.

A discount of £0.01 will appear once the code has been applied to show you that it has worked. Enter your 2020 holiday booking reference in the ‘Booking Transfer’ section of the checkout 

  1. Select the ‘Transfer booking’ option to go ahead with the transfer 
  2. You’ll get a new booking reference on your screen and an email shortly after
  3. Within 14 days our team will transfer all payments on your 2020 booking over to your 2021 holiday (if the price match guarantee applies we will also adjust your price) and send you an email when we’re done
  4. You will then be able to view an updated invoice in My Eurocamp showing the payment has been transferred


2021 travel options haven’t gone on sale yet, but you can be first to know when they do.

When you get to the travel section of the online booking process:

  1. Select the travel option you’re interested in
  2. Then tick the ‘Contact me’ box
  3. We’ll be in touch when the options you selected are on sale

Important information

These conditions will apply when you move your 2020 holiday to 2021, so please read them carefully before going ahead with the transfer.

  • The terms and conditions of your transferred booking will apply based on the date you booked your 2020 holiday.
  • In the event that you choose a 2021 holiday with a lower cost than you paid for your 2020 holiday, the balance will be kept on your account for future holidays.
  • You may incur additional travel costs by transferring your booking to 2021, but we’ll do what we can to minimise them.
  • Any cancellation charges currently applicable to your 2020 holiday become the new minimum cancellation fee should you choose to cancel your 2021 booking at a later date.

Price match guarantee

If you were due to travel before 30th June 2020 and you rebook the same parc, the same accommodation and equivalent dates in 2021, we’ll match the price. So you can enjoy the same fantastic holiday without spending a penny extra. More about the Price Match Guarantee ›

If the price match guarantee applies it’s important to know that:

  • It excludes any travel options (we will initially match the parc and accommodation and any extras price, any additional credit you have will be noted and applied later when we are able to add travel to your booking)
  • It’s subject to availability
  • It only applies when transferring to the same holiday parc, and the same accommodation in 2021
  • It only applies when transferring to the same or equivalent date in 2021, taking into account any changes in public or school holiday dates
  • It only applies when transferring for the same duration in 2021
  • It will be based on your original confirmed 2020 holiday, and not any subsequent changes made as a result of the coronavirus pandemic
