Eurocamp launches experiential activity at the INTU Trafford Centre

Leading holiday specialist, Eurocamp, is offering potential customers the chance to ‘try before they buy’ and visit its parcs and accommodation via a 360 degree virtual tour. Using this cutting edge Google Cardboard headset technology, at Manchester’s intu Trafford Centre, Eurocamp will be inviting shoppers to virtually ‘step into’ a holiday, without having to leave the UK.

The 360 degree footage was created by Eurocamp to host on its website, helping consumers to get a feel for the facilities offered on parc such as pool areas and beautiful surroundings as well as showcasing the range of accommodation available – from the exclusive Aspect and Avant, to the Esprit mobile homes.

Head of Marketing, Chris Hilton, said: “Consumers now expect even more from their holidays and we want to enhance this experience before they’ve even booked. “Using the 360 virtual tours at the intu Trafford Centre allows us to showcase everything we have on offer to a variety of people – potentially dispelling previous misconceptions or opening them up to the brand.” Customers who are impressed with what they see in the virtual tour will also have the opportunity to win a trip to a Eurocamp parc through a competition running on the day.
