A fabulous outdoor swimming complex looks out onto the sea and features a glamorous sea-water pool as well as a children's fresh water pool complete with pirate ship and waterslides. Soak up the rays in the extended sunbathing area or grab yourself a hydro-massage, enjoy the Jacuzzi and bubble away in the whirlpool.

Lots of choices here, with two friendly bars to wind down in, and a selection of excellent restaurants. Try the Adria, overlooking the beach, or the pizzeria for more informal dining. There’s a further cafeteria and snack bar/takeaway too. A theatre, cinema and nightly entertainment provide the fun when the sun sets.

Mini golf and trampolines will help burn off some of your kids’ energy while you can try a game of tennis or an aqua aerobics session. With volleyball, sports tournaments and kids clubs to sample, you’ll all have fun-filled days here.

Porec is a city steeped in history and culture, located just 11km from Camp Lanterna. Here you can visit the Euphrasius Basilica, a World Heritage Site. 30 minutes' drive from the parc is Rovinj, and further afield is Pula with its own amphitheatre. Novigrad is a great resort, popular for its great restaurants and nightlife, just 11km from the parc. Guided tours at the Beredine Caves are in easy reach, as is fantastic shopping at Decumanus Street, 12km away.
