Little ones aged one to six can paddle in their own pool with mini-slides and water games, while six to 12s go wild in the splash pool. There are also three water slides for kids (and adults) to enjoy, plus a large main pool offering aquadisco, water polo, and inflatable games. Keep an eye out for the secret island in the centre of the pool complex, where you’ll find a built-in jacuzzi and whirlpool.

Mediterranean and international cuisine. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners for all tastes are available at your parc’s bright and welcoming restaurants. El Xiringuito de’n Josepet is a bar-restaurant serving Catalan specialities, the Pool Bar is for snacks and ice creams, and La Pineda de’n Julià Is the place to hunker down with a cocktail to enjoy the nightly live shows after, perhaps a take away dinner at your place.

Palamós is a popular fishing village on the northeastern tip of Spain – only one kilometre from the parc. Learn more about its rich fishing heritage in the dedicated museum, or sample the catch of the day in a local restaurant. Kids will love exploring the beaches and coves – and grown ups, don’t forget your camera to snap the Romanesque Revival architecture in the Claustro del Mas del Vent.
